WM3 Comes into Force

Customers have commended Ancorra with the smooth transition to ensuring compliance with the new UK Regulators Guidance document on the classification of Hazardous Waste, WM3, when it came into force in June. Using BSI accredited management systems to effectively and proactively manage change a plan was put in place well in advance to ensure Ancorra and its customers were fully compliant from day one. Technical assessments were carried out for all regular waste streams to ensure that they were classified correctly under the new Regulations and a successful adaptation to the bespoke Company computer software was implemented.
